How do I book an activity?

Browse activities on the Discover tab, select the one you're interested in, choose which children to book for, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. If the activity is more than 30 days away, you can cancel for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the activity date follow the provider's policy. You can cancel from the Bookings section in your account.
How does the waitlist work?

If an activity is full, you can join the waitlist. When a spot opens up, the first person on the waitlist is automatically notified and has 24 hours to claim it. If they don't, the next person in line is offered the spot.
How do I add my children?

Go to your Account tab and select "My Children". Add each child with their name, age, and any relevant details like allergies or interests. You can also link children with another parent so both can book activities.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never store your full card details on our servers.
How do I delete my account?

Email support@parentpal.au and we'll process your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
