What's on

Browse by what your child is into.

Curated by local parents, run by long-standing providers your neighbours already know.
Or, honestly…

Browse by “I have to be in the office on Tuesday.”

For when “enter your child for enrichment” takes a back seat to “I just need them looked after between 8 and 5.” Pick the dates, see what runs all day, age-appropriate, near you. We won’t tell.

How it works

School holidays, sorted in three taps.

STEP 01

Add your kids

Names, ages, anything we should know. Allergies, support needs, what they're into. Stored once, shared safely with the providers you book with.
STEP 02

Search what fits

Filter by suburb, dates, age, price, vibe. We only show real availability, never the "fully booked but still listed" trap.
STEP 03

Tap, pay, packed lunch

Card payment, instant confirmation. We send the rundown the night before so you know drop-off, pick-up and what to bring.
The ParentPal app

The whole break, planned from the couch.

One profile per kid. Filter results so you only see what fits. Pay once, get a clear rundown the night before. No 11 open tabs. No “fully booked” surprises.

  • Real-time availability, never the "fully booked" trap
  • Filters that actually work (age, dates, postcode, vibe)
  • Family profile, book multiple kids in one tap
  • Night-before reminders so nothing's forgotten
  • Refunds and credits handled in-app

Mum-tested. Kid-approved.

We booked a 4-day pottery workshop in the time it usually takes me to find a parking spot. The reminder the night before was honestly the best part. I'd have forgotten the smock.

Our autistic son needs a slow morning and a small group. The filters actually let me find that, and the provider profile told me everything I needed before I booked. No awkward phone calls.

Three kids, three completely different obsessions. I planned the whole September break in one sitting on the couch instead of 11 open tabs. The girls loved it.

FAQ

Things parents ask before booking

Real questions from real parents. Email our parent team →

Is it free to use?
+
Yes. The ParentPal app is free for parents. You only pay the price of the activity you book, set by the provider. No subscription, no markup.
Are the providers safe?
+
We launch with providers who already run long-standing programs on the Northern Beaches. Each one is a real business, with their own Working with Children Check obligations, insurance and operational standards. Our own provider verification process is being built out for our next phase.
What if my child gets sick the morning of?
+
Each provider sets their own refund policy and it's shown clearly before you pay. Most offer a credit or refund for sick children with 24 to 48 hours notice.
Can I book for two children at once?
+
Yes. Add all your children to your family profile once and ParentPal will only show activities that fit their ages. You can book multiple children into the same session in one go.
Where does ParentPal work?
+
We're starting on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, then rolling out across the rest of Sydney, then NSW, then nationally. Each school holiday we add new suburbs. Tell us where you are and we'll let you know the moment we land near you.
Is there an Android app?
+
Not yet. We're iOS-first while we polish the core experience on the Northern Beaches. An Android app is in active development and we'll let you know the moment it lands on the Play Store.
How do you handle my child's info?
+
Stored in Australia, never sold, only shared with the specific provider you've booked with, and only the fields they need (for example, allergies for a cooking class).

Your next school break, mapped out before you finish your coffee.

Free to use. Real availability. Trusted local providers. Starting on the Northern Beaches.
